NERIMONO

Nerimono are products made with "surimi" or ground white fish. This is a popular category in Japan and used in a variety of products.

KASAKAMABOKO

A specialty made after the bamboo leaf design of the Date Clan who once ruled Sendai.

SATSUMAAGE

A Japanese favorite, made from surimi and flour, it's deep fried to a golden crispy state and enjoyed all over Japan.
